A free national phone and online service for young people aged between 5 and 25.

Kids Help Line provides access to free counsellors 24 hours a day 7 days per week by calling the 1800 phone number. They also offer email and web counselling if you are happy to wait for a response, but for urgent counselling it is best to call the 1800 number.   

All mobile phone calls made to Kids Help Line are free.

A free national phone and online service for young people aged between 12 and 25 that operates between 9am and 1am 7 days per week. 

eheadspace provides young people, their friends and family, with free online and telephone support to help with a range of issues including relationship concerns.

The Uniting Care’s Safe Spaces Child and Young Person Counselling Service provides counselling for those on the Sunshine Coast aged up to 18 years who are currently encountering, have experienced or at risk of suffering domestic and or family violence or high risk, complex parental conflict.
